µ-Trac 4200 Microbiological Analyzer



This compact impedance analyzer is user friendly and easy to operate, even by non-experts. The concept of 21 measuring places each one separately programable in a dry block thermostat and administrated by a laptop computer is unchallenged in performance and possibilities. The µ-Trac reveals its strengths wherever microbiology is being performed on an absolutely minimum budget. The availibility of pre-filled measurement cells eliminates the whole media preparation process. All hygiene-relevant microbiological parameters of production plants can be covered by this tiny genius in the simplest possible way.








Software

Comprises BacTransceiver, MicroTrac and Micro Assist measuring and data evaluation software for Windows® XP Professional, automatic sample status display and m-o evaluation, databank for sample information, measuring parameters and calibration curves, text editor and copy functions, vast selection and listing possibilities as well as display and printout variations, export of results into MS Excel and connection to LIMS or network.

Metal Block Thermostat
 Aluminium incubator with apertures for measuring cells, base contact, total capacity 21 samples, temperature range variable between 0 to 56º C, simple to clean via self-sealing apertures, water cooling connector.

Test Tubes
 20 ml disposable measuring cells (polystyrol) for direct measurement, sterile, empty or pre-filled with nutrient media, indirect test tubes with 7 ml inner vessel (polyethylene) for yeast/mould measurement, 4 electrodes in stainless steel, free-standing design.

 Laptop with active matrix TFT display, technical data according to actual specification.

 Easy to operate user Interface, runs under Windows XP Professional, continuous analysis, automated detection if a pre-set threshold value has been exceeded, quantitative and qualitative measurement, single position mode, memory for current and evaluation parameters, presentation of sample results with evaluation status in traffic light colours or curve format, transfer of results to LIMS or network, statistical functions.
